This modern holiday home has its own fully fenced yard of approx. 400 m2 with a well-kept lawn and offers its guests the following outdoor facilities: a covered terrace with a dining table, a brick grill, a 24m2 swimming pool, a swing and a slide for children, and a covered parking lot for two vehicles.
This beautiful vacation home for 6 persons with an area of 170m2 on two floors is fully air-conditioned and consists of a high ground floor in which there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room with access to a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and a view of the pool and garden , separate toilet and laundry room. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with its own shower/toilet, a children's room with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a spacious balcony with a wonderful panoramic view, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet in the corridor.
