Summary: When we checked in we were told that that there is free coffee and water available in the lobby, but the coffee machine (Nespresso) didn’t work and you couldn’t get any sparkling water from the ”water machine” either. Also the hotel’s parking was fully booked, and they recommended a parking garage nearby that is so expensive that they don’t even publish prices online (450 kr for 3,5 hours!!!) .. luckily we found out that parking on the nearby streets are free on Sundays. Fee for having a dog in the room was 400kr also this information wasn’t available before checking in. .. I had contacted the hotel immediately after I booked the room that we will need parking and we come with a dog, but they never responded to me.
