Summary: The staff were very helpful and polite. It was a decent basic place to stay, but as someone with mobility issues it was not as accessible as I would have preferred. There are elevators, but you have to drag your bag up a staircase to get to the first floor before that. There is a way out into the courtyard that is only 4 or 5 steps but it lands you in a place where there is no pavement and is not easy to navigate either. I was originally using the accessible washroom because it was closer to my room, private and easier for me to navigate, but the second night it was locked and stayed that way the remainder of my visit. The shared unisex bathrooms were not set up to be all gender washrooms, there was little to no privacy, there were 3 bathroom stalls, one with no door, one that had feces all over it and a third that was functional but awkward to navigate for me. I didn't use the showers because of the privacy issue and just how uncomfortable it was. Thank goodness my room had a sink in it. I have stayed in places with shared washroom facilities before and have been fine, but this one was really inadequate. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I was in the basement so it was relatively cool despite it being quite hot outside.
