Please park in the driveway
There is a separate studio home that is attached to the back of the home where a Rabi may be staying. This studio only has access to shared parking and the shared laundry room. It is rare that he will be present during your stay. In the event that he does arrive we will give you a heads up :)
Tampering with lock-boxes ,keypads, or cameras will result in immediate reservation cancellation with no refunds.
Upon check out please be sure to ONLY lock the door using the keypad. DO NOT lock manually from the inside and then close the door. This prevents the cleaning team from having access to the home. In the event that there is a lock out at any point there will be a trip fee charged. ($30-$50)
Please do not lower the A/C below 70. This will cause the unit to freeze. If this occurs, you will be financially responsible for any trip calls or repairs. Upon check out please set the A/C to 78.
Trash days are Monday and Wednesday. Recycle (blue can) goes out on Monday night for Tuesday pick up. Trash (brown can) goes out Wednesday night for Thursday pickup.
Check out time is at 11AM. Should you wish to request a late check out please give us a 24 hour notice so we can coordinate with the cleaning team, and make sure we can accommodate a late check out. There may be a late check out fee for requests provided less than 24 hours from check out.
