The Space:
Just launched in August 2025, this newly opened luxury retreat in Driftwood, Texas is a masterfully crafted, high-end Hill Country estate—meticulously designed for rest, celebration, and connection. Set on 14.2 private, gated acres, this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath architectural gem blends soulful Texas charm with sophisticated modern comfort, making it perfect for family escapes, creative residencies, or corporate retreats.
Every detail is brand new, from the designer lighting and window treatments to the furnishings sourced from Crate & Barrel, CB2, Article, Williams Sonoma, and West Elm. The chef’s kitchen is fully outfitted with premium cookware, serve-ware, and appliances, ideal for entertaining or hiring in a local chef.
The spacious primary suite features a king bed, lounge seating by the fireplace, spa bath with deep soaking tub, dual rain showers, and a boutique-style walk-in closet. Guest suites are equally refined, with walkouts, Jack-and-Jill baths, and a stunning bunk room with Peloton for fitness-minded travelers.
The entertainment system includes a high-fidelity Denon surround sound system for immersive movie nights or background ambiance.
Step outside to relax under the deep-covered limestone porch, cool off or warm up in the 10-foot heated and chilled cowboy pool, and gather at the fire pit under starlit skies. Guest Access:
The area in front of the house parallel with the cedar fence, this includes the water feature and the space around it. The area to the sides of the house and all the land behind the house, approximately 10 acres. The area to the east of the house is where I live, in the architectural barn.
Other Things to Note:
The 14 acres are shared with a 1BR guest house that is adjacent to the main house, well separated by an 8ft natural cedar fence and distance. I also live on the 14 acres on a converted barn. I am here 50% of the time.
Please also be aware there is a bee-hive 100 yards north from the west end of the house. Please do not disturb the bees. The wont bother you unless you are in their flight line and right up close to the hive. It’s a flat top hive and visible from distance.
For safety, property access visibility, and wildlife monitoring, there is a front-facing driveway gate camera, a Ring camera on the exterior of my private barn, and a wildlife trail camera far at the back of the wooded acreage. Importantly none of these device’s record audio or overlook any guest areas, and there are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces. They are also not actively monitored. I have been very intentional about preserving and protecting privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available via messenger on this app and also live at the far end of the property, which is about 2 football fields away in proximity. I am here around 50% of the time. I also have a wonderful assistant who is local, however does not stay on the property, she will also be able to assist if I am not here.
