Second floor main level includes updated full kitchen, dining area, bedroom, living room and walk out deck. Third floor has two bedrooms with bathrooms and separate bunk bed area in the hallway. The master bedroom includes a walkout porch. Great views of the lake and beach front community from the second and third floor decks. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Cable TV and internet included. Green-way path surrounding lake for walking, running, biking. Only 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great eateries and shopping just a walk away. Weekly events include free Movie night on the lake every Sunday, Fireworks every Thursday night, farmers and craft markets, nightly Carnival adjacent to the boardwalk. Some of the above activities are seasonal. **There is a renovation of the lake that is to be completed January 2026. It affects a very short portion of the greenway around the lake. It does not prevent from getting to any destination.
