The Space:
Welcome to this charming 80 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

The area has a wonderfully local feel despite being at the heart of the city, with independent cafés, wine bars and restaurants lining the surrounding closes and courtyards.
The Royal Mile is on the doorstep, connecting Edinburgh Castle at the top to Holyrood Park and the dramatic crags of Arthur’s Seat at the bottom. Dynamic Earth, the Scottish Parliament and the Scottish Poetry Library are all within a short walk. For everyday needs, the nearby Canongate has a good mix of shops and delis, and the Farmer’s Market at Castle Terrace operates on Saturdays.
The apartment is exceptionally well placed for exploring the city on foot — the Old Town closes and wynds are right outside, and the New Town, Princes Street and Waverley Station are all reachable in under fifteen minutes. Bus connections along the Royal Mile run frequently and put the rest of Edinburgh within easy reach.
