Beautiful , completely newly renovated vacation townhouse in a fantastic resort in Marbella. The 110m² house offers a capacity for 6 adults and 1 toddler on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms. It also has 2 bathrooms, a spacious living - and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. We are happy to provide an additional baby crib . The outdoor area impresses with 3 large terraces where you can enjoy the wonderful climate of the region. In the residential complex with an area of 12000 m² you have access to 2 communal pools, a fitness area with daily program, sauna, heated indoor pool, garden and park areas and a playground. Here you will also find a restaurant and a bar. The complex is monitored 24 hours and is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Summary: The apartment at Urbanization Hacienda Las Chapas was spotless, beautifully decorated and well-stocked with all the essentials a group needs for the stay. That includes bathroom toiletries, kitchen supplies, laundry essentials and things for the beach, which was amazing and convenient. The amenities included access to the resort that had two big size pools and gym. We were informed that while ready to use the pool that we had to pay a fee to use the pools because the apartment was privately owned, which surprised us, but the fee to access the pool was reasonable and we had a great time. There is food/pool service which is also wonderful , Specially if you want to relax all day by the pool side. The location is also a 15-25 minute walk to the nearest beaches which we did not mind as we used the time to check out the nearby neighborhood and we enjoyed it. Traveling by car would have made access to the beach a short 3-5 minute distance. The beach was wonderful and clean (no rocks compared to the one closer to the the center of town). We loved the beach there! (Cabo Pino, Las Dunas). Overall, we loved the apartment and access to the resort and beach. The only thing we felt that the apartment is probably best suited for a group of 4 and not 6. It felt tight and we needed up having to share the master bed with our son instead of having him share the sofa bed with his cousin. The sofa bed was small and so we did not have the comfort that we thought we would have. I would recommend to Sonja to be a little more specific about the size of the space. Sonja was communicative and accessible. We would definitely stay there again if we traveling with our family alone (we were 3) so our son could use the other bedroom and we could use the master bedroom. Other than that, access tot the historic center is a short 15 minute by car and the neighborhood is quiet and wonderful. I recommend Urbanización Hacienda Las Chapas for a family not bigger than 4 .
