This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house with a game room, secondary living room, additional kitchenette and oversized mudroom, completed in 2024, offers the perfect blend of modern comfort with classic mountain touches, accommodating up to 10-12 guests.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an oversized mudroom featuring heated floors and lots of cubbies for all your outdoor gear! You will also find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer along with a half bathroom in this space. As you turn the corner you will be wowed by the natural light and view in the expansive great room featuring vaulted ceilings and a stunning wall of windows on the north-west side of the house, offering picturesque valley views with mountains in the distance. The open layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating an inviting space for gatherings with family and friends. Adjacent to the main living area you will find a game room with shuffleboard, electronic darts, custom made bar and a streaming tv.
